Sparking the Fluency Shift is a collection of 36 short stories designed to accelerate reading progress. No training or experience is required. Complete instructions included.
 
The stories range from a basic first grade to a solid sixth grade level, allowing students to progress above grade level -- like proficient readers. 
 
The stories are arranged by levels of text complexity, so each story is only slightly more difficult than the preceding story. This allows students to move up levels in weeks instead of months. 
 
Before each story are two pages of rehearsal practice where the readers develop accuracy, and proper rate and expression with the more challenging words and sentences in the text. The stories range from beginning first grade to a solid sixth grade level, so students are not limited to grade-level reading.
